Cancellation Policy

At 4K Official, we aim to provide fast and reliable service. Because we begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase.

Order Cancellation Window:

• You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at OfficialClothing4k@gmail.com with your order number.

• After 1 hour, orders are processed and shipped, and cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final.

Custom or Limited Items:

• Orders containing limited-edition, custom, or sale items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order and shipping information before completing your purchase.
